Welcome to our page dedicated to shipping. Our aim is to deliver to you as quickly as possible while guaranteeing complete transparency throughout. We currently ship our products to 5 European destinations.
1. Shipping Times and Transparent Pricing
To guarantee you the fairest price, with no hidden charges or excessive mark-ups, we do not apply a flat-rate delivery fee.
Shipping costs are calculated in real time by our partner carriers, based on the exact weight of your order and your address. The final price and the precise delivery time will be clearly displayed on our secure payment page (Stripe) before you confirm anything.
As a guide, here are the average delivery times observed once your order has left our warehouses:

⚠️ Important Information: Customs (Switzerland & United Kingdom)
For deliveries outside the European Union (United Kingdom and Switzerland), your parcels are subject to local customs regulations.
- Delivery times: The times indicated above exclude any possible hold-ups by your country’s customs services.
- Taxes and Customs Duties: Any customs charges, import taxes or handling fees demanded by the carrier on arrival of the parcel are payable solely by the buyer. These charges depend on the legislation of your country and are neither calculated nor collected by our shop at the time of payment.

If your order contains our digital Ebook, the logistics are simple! There are no delivery charges whatsoever. The guide is sent to you instantly by email, and an immediate download link is provided as soon as your payment is confirmed.
2. Returns Policy and Refund Conditions
We want you to order with complete peace of mind. If a product does not fully meet your expectations, you have a right of withdrawal. In accordance with European legislation, you have a period of 14 days from receipt of your parcel to return a standard physical product to us.
Here are the clear and precise rules to ensure your return goes as smoothly as possible:
2.1 Return costs: Payable solely by the buyer
To allow us to offer you products at the fairest price without affecting our rates through international logistics costs, the transport costs associated with returning goods are payable solely and entirely by the buyer, regardless of their country of residence (United Kingdom, Germany, Belgium, Netherlands, Switzerland). No prepaid returns label will be provided.
2.2 Condition of products required for a standard refund
To qualify for a full refund, the products (in particular the nets) must be returned to us in a condition that allows them to be put back on sale immediately:
- The nets must be new, uncut, unrolled and unused.
- They must be returned in their original packaging, intact and complete.
⚠️ Please note: Any product that has been cut, damaged, soiled or used by the customer cannot be refunded or exchanged. Nets cut to size by you lose all market value and will be returned to you at your expense or destroyed.
2.3 The one exclusive exception: The “30-Day Test Guarantee”
Because we are convinced of the quality of our products, we offer a 30-day Test Guarantee allowing you to try the product in real-world conditions. To protect our business from abuse, this guarantee is subject to a strict limit:
- The test guarantee applies to one single (1) net tested per household and per order.
- If you order several identical or different nets within the same order, only one of them may be opened, installed or cut for testing.
- All the other nets in the order must comply with the conditions of section 2.2 (remaining new, uncut and in their sealed packaging) in order to be refunded.
If this condition is not met (for example, if three nets from the same order have been opened and cut), only one net will be eligible for the Test Guarantee. The others will not be refunded.
2.4 The case of the Digital Guide (Ebook): 60-Day Guarantee
Our Digital Guide (Ebook) benefits from an exceptional 60-day “satisfaction or your money back” guarantee. If the content does not suit you, simply send us an email within 60 days of your purchase to obtain a full refund of the Ebook, with no need to give any reason.
3. Procedure and Single Returns Address
So that your return is processed as quickly as possible and without setbacks, please follow the steps below carefully.
3.1 The steps for making your return
- Step 1: Notify us of your return Before sending anything, please send an email to our customer service team at , stating your order number and your wish to return the product(s).
- Step 2: Preparing the parcel Place the product (scrupulously respecting the conditions set out in Part 2) in its original packaging. Protect the whole thing in a sturdy, well-sealed shipping box. Slip a note inside stating your surname, first name and order number so that our team can identify you as soon as it is opened.
- Step 3: Shipping Go to the carrier of your choice to send the parcel at your own expense.
⚠️ Essential golden rule: You absolutely must choose a delivery method with a tracking number. As the parcel travels internationally, this proof of postage is your only protection. If the carrier you have chosen loses the parcel and you do not have a tracking number, we will not be able to authorise the refund.
3.2 Single International Returns Address
Whether you placed your order from the United Kingdom, Germany, Belgium, the Netherlands or Switzerland, all physical returns are centralised at our logistics address in France.

3.3 Processing and refund times
- On receipt of the parcel: Our logistics team inspects the condition of the goods (checking that the net is uncut, the original packaging, etc.) within 3 to 5 working days.
- The refund: As soon as the return is approved by our team, the refund is triggered immediately.
- The transfer of funds: The money is automatically credited back to the bank card (via our secure Stripe platform) used for the original purchase. Depending on the interbank processing times specific to your country and your bank, the funds generally appear in your account within 5 to 10 working days.
